The Population welfare department KPK ADP Scheme intends to establish 260 Family welfare Centers in KPK, so applications are invited from eligible candidates for project based positions on fixed / contract basis pay.

A total of 260 Family Welfare Centres will be established and maintained in KPK. Recruitment Rules and Terms & Conditions

1. Under the government’s recruitment policy, there will be no relaxation in the upper age limit. Individuals who have exceeded the upper age limit should not submit applications.
2. All recruitments will be made in accordance with the government’s 2022 Project Implementation Policy.
3. Government Employees: Candidates employed in government or semi-government organizations should submit their applications through their respective departments.
4. Call letters for the test and interview of Family Welfare department KPK will be issued after the screening and shortlisting of applications.
5. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
6. Applications with incomplete or incorrect information will be rejected at any stage during the selection process.
7. No TA/DA will be provided to candidates called for interviews.
8. Recruitment for serial numbers 5, 6, and 7 will be done on a district merit basis. If suitable candidates are not available in a district, selection for this cadre will be carried out based on the overall merit of that cadre, as approved in the PC-1.
9. The distribution of family welfare centers in each district will be according to the approved PC-1.
10. The project duration is up to 30 June 2025 or until the completion of the project.
11. Age will be calculated up to the last date of advertisement
12. In the case of a foreign degree, an equivalence certificate from HEC is mandatory.
13. The competent Authority has the right to cancel or postpone the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
14. The number of posts may be increased.
