Like previous years the KPK loan scheme has been launched this year, a no-interest loan scheme specifically tailored for KPK Government employees. The main aim of this program is to facilitate employees in acquiring assets like Motor Cars, Cycles, Motorcycles and Houses.
Benevolent Fund KPK Government Employees Loan Scheme 2024-25
Prospective applicants are encouraged to submit only one application for their selected scheme, as multiple applications for different purposes will not be accepted. It is essential that the applicant’s non-default status in previous government schemes is verified by the respective District DDO.
The allocation of KPK interest-free loans will be conducted through a draw. Applicants can download the application form and surety certificate directly from the official Benevolent Fund KPK website at www.bfkp.org. Make sure to submit your application by the deadline 10th December 2024.

- Keep in mind that the Provincial Benevolent Fund Board does not accept direct applications from employees, so don’t send your form directly to the Benevolent Fund office.

The Interest-Free Loan Scheme initiated by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) was originally designed for employees in BS-01 to BS-15 but has been extended to employees in BS-16 and above since FY 2019-20. The scheme is funded annually by the Finance Department, with its execution managed by the Provincial Benevolent Fund Cell.
The Key Details of the Interest-Free Loan Scheme:
- The loan is granted based on the following criteria:
Bicycle Advance: Rs. 8,000 with Rs. 200 monthly installments for BS-01 to BS-17.
Motorcycle Advance: Rs. 80,000 with Rs. 1,340 monthly installments for BS-01 to BS-17 (60 equal installments, with no extension).
House Building Advance: Rs. 250,000 with Rs. 2,080 monthly installments for BS-01 to BS-17 (120 equal installments, no extension allowed).
Motorcar Advance: Rs. 200,000 with Rs. 3,334 monthly installments for BS-17 and above (60 equal installments, no extension allowed). - Eligibility Criteria:
- Only employees who are not benefiting from loans through Benevolent Fund, banks, or other financial institutions are eligible. A certificate from the respective DDO confirming this must be attached.
- Deputationists are not eligible for this scheme.
- Loans will be granted in only one category at a time. After full repayment, employees can apply for another loan.
- In the event of death during service, remaining loan installments will be waived after consultation with the Finance Department.
- Application Process:
- Applications are invited through a circular sent to all Administrative Secretaries, District Coordination Officers, and Political Agents. Wide publicity is provided through press and radio.
- Applications for employees in the Civil Secretariat and Attached Departments are scrutinized by the Benevolent Fund Section, while those for district-level employees are handled by District Coordination Officers using a Data Entry Software Program.
- The submission deadlines are:
- Civil Secretariat: October 31 each year
- Attached Departments: October 31 each year
- District Government Departments: October 16 each year.
- After reviewing applications, a draw is conducted, and final approval is granted by the Chief Secretary of KPK. Following approval, the Accountant General releases funds to respective departments, who oversee disbursement and installment deductions.
