Peshawar (News Reporter) In view of the small number of police personnel, it has been recommended to recruit more, in this regard, the decision has been taken to recruit stunt sub inspectors through the Public Service Commission. According to the sources, at present hundreds of vacancies of ASIs are vacant under the direct recruitment quota in the police department and shoulder promotion has been given to the junior officers. There was a request for recruitment, in the light of which the Department of Home Affairs and Tribal Affairs has sent a draft of recommendations, after the approval of the Provincial Cabinet, the posts of ASIs in the Police Department will be advertised through the Public Service Commission.
