Terms & Conditions

The maximum age limit relaxation will be provided in the following cases: a) 05 years age relaxation announced by the Govt of Pakistan (already defined in age limit).b) 03 years relaxation in the case of applicants belong to scheduled castes, Buddhist community, recognized tribes of the tribal areas, Azad Kashmir and Northern Areas as per instructions issued by Establishment Division, Government of Pakistan. c) 03 years relaxation will be given to candidates belonging to Sindh (R) & Balochistan for the posts in the BPS-15 & below d) For those Govt servants who have been in continues service at least 02 years or above on the closing date of receipt of applications, maximum age limit may be relaxed by 10 years. e) Age relaxation in case of released or retired officers/personnel of the Armed Forces of Pakistan, max age limit may be relaxed by 15 years. f) age relaxation of 10 years in the case of disabled persons for appointment to posts in BPS-15 & below. g) 05 years in case of widows, son/daughter of deceased civil servant who died during his service.
Candidates already serving in Govt institutions must apply through proper channel after getting NOC from their parent department, otherwise their applications will not be entertained.
Incomplete applications or received after due date will not be accepted in any case.
Experience mentioned in the advertisement means post qualification experience gained in a regular full time paid job after attaining the prescribed qualification.
A quota of 2% for disabled persons will be reserved as per Govt. rules.
Only short listed candidates will be called for test and interview.
The PAC has the right not to fill all or any of above mentioned posts or reject any application without giving any reason and nobody will have right to challenge this lkdecision.
Candidates applying for Medical / Doctor posts should be registered with Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PM&DC).
All the Degrees / Certificates should be from universities / institutions duly recognized by HEC / Technical Boards. In case of Engineering Degrees, it should be accredited from PEC and candidates must be registered with PEC.
No TA/DA will be given to candidates for appearing in the test / interview
