The Ministry of Affairs Job Advertisement 2024 is published in the newspapers and online apply is open on the online application Portal of National Job portal. The Government of Pakistan Ministry of Foreign Affairs invites applications from eligible and qualified Pakistani Nationals for induction against different vacant positions.

A total of 08 different job categories are announced including Quota of open merit, all Provinces and ICT. The deadline line for application submission is 2nd July 2024. The qualifications and experience is mentioned in detail in the advertisement and in this article below.

How to apply for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Jobs 2024

Interested and Eligible candidates can fill Application form directly on the application portal of National Job Portal website (njp.gov.pk).
Applicants already in Government service may apply through proper channel and would be required to produce NOC at the time of interview.
A candidate may apply for more than one by submitting a separate application form for each post.
Applicant shortlisted for interview shall present his/her original documents along with set of attested copies of degrees/certificates, DMCs issued by HEC/recognized board/universities/institute.
Applications on the prescribed format shall reach through the online portal
Please do not attach any other document with the application form.

Terms and Conditions

Only the shortlisted applicants will be called for interview as per policy/rules.
Only eligible candidates will be called for written test.
Five years of general age relaxation has been included in the above-mentioned column of the age limit. Any other relaxation in age limit will be given as per Government of Pakistan rules.
Employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on contract/contingent basis/daily wages will be allowed age relaxation and award of extra marks in accordance with the rules of the Government of Pakistan.
Information provided in the application form will be verified and in case of any false or forged information and fake or bogus documents, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reserves the right to cancel candidature at any stage (even after employment, if so discovered later) and to initiate a legal action against the applicant.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process in part or whole, increase/decrease the number of posts as per requirement against any post at any stage without assigning any reason.
No TA/ DA will be admissible for the purpose of test/ interview.

Educational Qualification required

Graduation with good knowledge of Computer and minimum typing speed of 30 WPM and shorthand will be given preference, 2nd class bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Economics, Physics Maths or equivalent, Intermediate with typing speed of 40 WPM and shorthand speed of 80 WPM, Matric, FA/FSc with 6 months experience in LCD, Printer, Computer and Laptop repair, Primary pass and having valid Driving License and well versed in traffic rules.
