Jail Warders Faisalabad Region Jobs - Application Form 2023

The Punjab Jail Department has recently issued Job opportunities for recruitment of Jail Warders (Male) and Jail Warders (Female) in the Faisalabad Region of Punjab, covering districts such as Faisalabad, Toba Tek Singh, Cheniot and Jhang. Interested and Eligible candidates are encouraged to apply for these positions, which offer a basic pay scale of BPS-07. The application forms and challan forms can be downloaded from the official website of the Punjab Jail Department at www.prisons.punjab.gov.pk.

To apply for these jobs, candidates are requested to download the prescribed application forms from the aforementioned website and fill these forms with accurate information. Additionally, they must attach attested copies of their CNIC ( National Identity Card CNIC), Domicile Certificates, and 02 recent passport size photographs. The completed application, along with a copy of the challan form and a fee of Rs. 500/-, should reach the Office of the Deputy Inspector General, Jail Khana Jaat, Faisalabad Region, Faisalabad before the last date.

Applicants must ensure that their submissions reach the designated office by June 20, 2023. The challan fee of Rs. 500/- should be paid at the Bank of Punjab D Ground Faisalabad branch.

i. Interested individuals are invited to apply for the latest warder positions advertised by the Punjab Prison Department in 2023 for the Faisalabad Region. Upon downloading the application forms, it is essential to submit the completed forms along with a copy of the paid challan form amounting to Rs. 500/-, along with attested copies of their CNIC, Domicile Certificate, and two recent passport-size photographs. iii. All applicants are obligated to remit a non-refundable challan fee of Rs. 500/- at the Bank of Punjab, D Ground Branch Faisalabad, account number (0723-5310028824400024).
iv. Employees of government organizations are required to follow the appropriate channel while submitting their applications and need to submit NOC later whenever needed.
v. A reserved quota of 05% is designated for retired army personnel.
vi. Candidates who are Hafiz-e-Quran will receive an additional 05 marks.
vii. The Jail Department of Punjab retains the authority to partially or completely cancel the advertisement at any stage without providing a reason.
viii. No TA/DA will be provided to candidates for attending the test/interview.
ix. The deadline for submitting applications is June 20, 2023.
x. A 05% quota is reserved for disabled citizens.

Physical requirements for Jail Warder Faisalabad Region Jobs 2023

Male Warder
a. Height Required: 170 cm
b. Chest: 80 cm to 85 cm for male only
c. Eye sight of candidates: 6/6 without glasses
d: Running Test: 1.6 km (or 1 mile) in 07 minutes
Female Warder
a. Height : 158 cm
b. Wight: 70 kg if height is 158 cm with each 2kg weight addition with extra 3 cm height
c. Eye sight: 6/6 without glasses
d: Running Test: 1.6 km (01 mile) in 10 minutes

Written and Physical Test of Panjab jail Warder Faisalabad Region jobs 2023

i. Male applicants will undergo a comprehensive series of assessment tests, which include height and chest measurements, eye sight evaluation, a running or physical test, a written test, and an interview.
ii. Female candidates will undergo a rigorous series of assessment tests, encompassing height and weight measurements, eye sight evaluation, a running test, a written test, and an interview.
iii. Candidates who fulfill the physical standards criteria will be required to participate in a written test of Punjab Police organized by the department through a recognized testing agency, at various divisional and district levels.
iv. Throughout the physical test, written test, and interview, candidates must present their original CNIC, domicile, and pertinent eligibility and qualification documents.
v. Please note that the notification containing test and interview details will not be disseminated through newspaper advertisements. Instead, candidates will be notified via text message, WhatsApp message, phone call, or other mobile communication methods.
